Shipping + Returns
Within the US
Free shipping is currently available on all domestic orders.
All quilts are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which includes tracking and $50 in insurance. If you would like additional insurance, please contact me prior to purchasing. Packages should arrive within 1 to 3 days of shipment.
Outside the US
International shipping is currently available for a flat rate of $15. Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Issues
From the time your package leaves the Salty Oat studio, until it is delivered to your doorstep, all shipping liability lies with USPS. You will be responsible for filing a missing package claim with USPS if any issue arises, which may be done here. After the package is marked as delivered by USPS, the package will become your responsibility. I cannot provide refunds for lost or stolen packages once USPS marks it as delivered.
Returns + Refunds
Every Salty Oat product is handmade with care, using the highest quality fabrics and notions available. As such, all sales are final. With that being said, I want you to absolutely love your Salty Oat product, so if you're unhappy with your purchase in any way, please email hello@saltyoat.com within 7 days of receiving your order so that we may resolve any issues.
If for some reason you will be shipping an item back to me, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
